Rules for 75 Hard:
For 75 days, every day…
-Two 45 min workouts, can’t be back to back, at least one has to be outside
-Drink a gallon of water
-Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book
-Take a progress pic
-Follow a diet (any diet) with no alcohol and no cheat meals
If you miss any of these, you have to start over.
